Application Support Consultant – Software House – Luton - £40k

An Application Support Consultant with experience of providing application support to clients within Local Government, Construction or Civil Engineering sectors by our client based near Luton in Bedfordshire. A salary of up to £40,000 is offered.

Any knowledge of supporting GIS / Highways or Construction Software would be particular relevance but the key is excellent client facing experience and the ability to establish and develop relationships with clients, ensuring that the best possible level of service is provided at all times.

You will act as the Technical Account Manager for a wide range of clients within Local Government, Civil Engineering, Construction and Utilities industries and will ensure that the implementation, training and ongoing delivery of the system is provided to the highest possible standard.

Requirements

- Experience within a client facing environment
- Previous Application Support Consultancy experience on Software products.
- Ideally some Presales experience
- Strong user training skills

Salary to £40,000 + Car + Benefits

Location – Near Luton

Commute from – Dunstable / Milton Keynes / Luton / Hemel Hempstead / Tring / Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire / Welwyn Garden City
