Application Support Manager – SQL - Croydon / Surrey - £30k

An Application Support Manager is required to manage a small team of support analysts and to support over 40 applications for customers throughout the UK. The role is based in Surrey and would suit an Application Support Consultant who is seeking to progress in to a management role. A salary of up to £30,000 is offered.

-- Experience Required –

- Previous Application Support experience.

- You will ideally have worked as an Application Consultant or Application Support Manager for a Software House.

- Some SQL skills are required

- Strong communication & customer facing skills

- A proven track record of resolving complex product / IT Support issues.

-- Duties --
- To provide first, second and third line technical support related to the SQL based Software Package.
- To regularly update clients on the progress of fault resolution.
- To answer all support queries in a polite and professional manner.
- To resolve product support issues within the timeframes established within the service level agreement.

Salary – to £28,000
