AS400 Support Analyst with knowledge of AS400, Citrix, Lotus Notes, and general PC knowledge required by our Client based in Bradford. Salary to £18,000.

Working out of my Client's Bradford office, you will be responsible for supporting the technical programming team in application development / maintenance, as well as providing day to day user support throughout the company. Your main duties will include:

Dealing with application support issues using the help desk system & via telephone & email
Organise own day to day activities within objectives defined by management. Work to defined priorities.
Carry out “at the desk” training in a timely and effective manner.
Reporting to the IT Support Manager.
Occasional visit to sites across the UK to carry out maintenance/installation tasks.

Technically, candidates will have a good background in IT Support, and will have experience of AS400, Lotus Notes, Citrix and general problem solving abilities.

Salary to £18,000 + Benefits
Location: Bradford (Commute from Leeds, Harrogate, Huddersfield)
