- Writing, support and testing of web based system in Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2008, C#, ASP.Net
- Writing, support and testing of reports in Crystal Reports 9+
- Providing technical support to implementation consultants
- Writing technical documentation.

- Programming within the Microsoft development environment (.Net 2008, C#, ASP.Net)
- Crystal Reports 9+
- SQL Programming e.g. MS Transact SQL
- Basics of MS SQL Server 2005/2008 database administration and programming.
