Database Manager with strong experience with MS Excel, Access, VBA, and SQL required by our Client a Charity based in Islington, North London. Salary to £25,000.

Reporting directly to the Head of Data and Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the data within the call centre and be required to build their own methodologies and procedures:

- Establishing and maintaining methodologies and procedures to best use the fundraising centre system, ensuring that data is used most effectively for the callers.

- Working with the fundraising centre manager to ensure that call scheduling is as efficient as it can be.

- Being the key contact regarding data issues with charity clients.

- Importing and exporting data from and to charity clients using a variety of data specifications.

- Accurately loading data onto systems and ensuring the system allows it to be called most effectively.

- All aspects of client reporting, including the writing and production of reports as requested and ensuring that it is process driven, which will reduce work load

Technically, candidates should have the following skills:

- Advanced MS Access, Advanced Excel, VBA and SQL skills

- Intermediate HTML scripting/coding

- Some Data Management experience in a business, preferably with management experience

- Proven analytical skills and demonstrable attention to detail

- As this role requires interaction with charity clients, must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

This is an ideal role for a technical Data Analyst with good interpersonal skills looking for a challenging role with excellent scope for development within this charity organisation.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
