A Graduate IT Support Technician or Trainee IT Support Analyst with strong Windows XP support and MS Office skills is required by our Service Provider based near Reading, Berkshire. A salary up to £16,000 basic is offered plus training.

The successful PC Support Technician will be responsible for support users on Windows XP desktop and MS Office as well as some support for 2003/2007 Operating Systems. You will support internal users for growing professional service organisation as well as provide database support using MS Excel. You should have strong knowledge of Excel and the full MS Office suite. No experience is required, but applicants should show strong sway towards IT on their CV. IT qualifications would be advantageous.
