Head of Data & Systems with excellent experience of MS Access, HTML and SQL skills required by our Client a charity based in North London near Islington for an *IMMEDIATE START*. Salary to £35,000.

My Client is a market leading telephone fundraising agency already working on behalf of many of the UK’s most important charities. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of the company and will form part of the senior management team. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing the Data Team, which currently consists of 6 people.
- Being the key contact regarding data issues with charity clients
- All import/export functions within the team
- All aspects of client reporting, including the writing and production of reports as requested and ensuring that it is process driven, which will reduce work load
- Maintain the server and functionality ensuring there is no down time
- Additional data related tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

- Proven experience in a similar position at a successful call centre or proven Database Management Experience
- A passion for charities and a strong desire to achieve the best possible results for charity clients
- Fully conversant in the challenges associated with data flow and usage and a proven ability to make best use of data within a dynamic and pressurized environment
- A passion for efficiency and a strong desire to play a key role in the senior management team and development of the company.

This is an ideal role for a Senior Data Analyst with an excellent grasp of Access, SQL and Excel and strong communication skills looking to work in the charity sector. Candidates with experience of working within a call centre environment are also highly desirable.
