Helpdesk Support Analyst - Altrincham, Cheshire - £18k

IT Helpdesk Analyst is required by our client based near Altrincham to the South of Manchester to provide 1st line support to customers. The candidate can expect to receive a salary of up to £18,000. The role will involve some out of hours cover.

 

The role will involve providing 1st line telephone support and resolutions to a variety of customers, to involve troubleshooting problems with desktops, printers and faxes.

 

You will need excellent communication skills in this customer facing-role in addition to the following technical skills:

 

- Windows XP / Vista

 

- Exchange Server

 

- Troubleshooting experience (hardware and software)

 

- Remote Support (VPN etc)

 

The role is within commutable distance of Altrincham, Warrington and Manchester.
