A Helpdesk Support Consultant with strong Service Desk / Helpdesk knowledge and ideally some knowledge of HR Software or Payroll Software is required by a leading employer based near Leeds in Yorkshire. The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £25,000 + Excellent Prospects.

- Key Skills -
- Previous Service Desk / Helpdesk or Application Support experience.
- Experience of supporting HR Software, Payroll Software or similar is highly desirable.
- Knowledge or experience off ITIL practices would be desirable.
- Proven IT skills, Windows XP, 2000, Vista or 2007
