In this varied role the successful candidate will be able to:

- Provide 1st Line Support to users,
- Escalate calls to 2nd & 3rd line engineers,
- Coordinate IT purchasing & procurement,
- Log and organise user calls and coordinate the IT Support team.

Candidates must have an excellent telephone manner, and will have previous call logging experience. This role is an even split between 1st line support and administrative duties including call logging and procurement.

This is an excellent role with plenty of scope for development and progression within a large IT department.

Salary to £24,000 + PMI + 25 Days Holiday + Share Options
Hours: 09.00 - 17.30
Location: West End, West London
