IT Helpdesk Support Analyst - MCP - West End / London - £23k

An MCP certified IT Helpdesk Analyst, with experience of 1st Line Helpdesk Support within a Windows 2003 environment required by our Educational Institution based in Central London, West End. A salary up o £23,000 is offered.

The successful candidate should be capable of demonstrating

In this varied role the successful candidate will be able to:

- Provide 1st Line Support to users,

- Escalate calls to 2nd & 3rd line engineers,

- Log and organise user calls and coordinate the IT Support team.

Candidates must have an excellent telephone manner, and will have previous call logging or customer services experience. This role is an even split between 1st line support and administrative duties including call logging and procurement. MCP certification is preferred.

This is an excellent role with plenty of scope for development and progression within a large IT department.

Salary to £23,000 + training and pension.
