IT Helpdesk Support Team Leader – Brighton / Sussex - £27,000 + Benefits

An IT Helpdesk Support Team Leader is required to manage and support a small team of helpdesk staff by our client based in Brighton, East Sussex. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of two and you must have strong technical skills as the role is very much hands on.

--- Experience Required ---
- Strong IT Helpdesk experience

- Previous experience of leading small teams

- Experience of Windows 2003 or 2008, Exchange, SQL Server and related technologies is essential

In this busy and varied role the IT Helpdesk Team Leader will be responsible for supporting over 1400 users throughout the UK and knowledge of Networking and / or Cloud Technologies would be desirable.

The role would potentially suit a Senior Helpdesk Analyst with some team leading experience who is seeking a new challenge or an experienced Helpdesk Team Leader who enjoys remaining technically biased.

Location: Brighton, East Sussex

Salary: to £27,000 + Benefits
