IT Helpdesk Technician required by our Client based in Central London for this 12 month fixed term contract. Salary to £25,000. The successful candidate will be providing helpdesk support throughout this large sporting governing body.

This is an ideal role for a personable and enthusiastic IT Helpdesk professional with an interest in Sport. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining and managing the IT Departments helpdesk, providing 1st line assistance and support to all members of staff

- Keeping documentation of software installations up to date.

- Maintaining the PC images for the office PCÕs.

- Maintaining the software and Hardware inventories.

- To maintain and take responsibility of the Audio/Visual Equipment.

- Assisting the IT Department in any projects they are involved in.

The ideal candidate will be a Helpdesk Support Analyst / IT Desktop Support Analyst currently and is most likely to have an interest in Sport although this isn't essential to the role.

Salary to £25,000

Start Date: April, 12 month fixed term contract
