Service Delivery Manager with experience of delivering IT Solutions within Law / Finance environments by our Client based in Greenwich, SE London. Salary to £45,000.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of high profile IT Service Accounts with Clients in the Banking / Finance and Law Sectors. Your main duties will include:

- Coordinating operations activities with the Operations Director
- Coordinating technical and project activities with the Technical Team
- Direct management of the Operations and Technical Support Teams
- To ensure clients receive a good standard of service at all times
- To participate in proposing and implementing company policies and management decisions
- Coordination of matters in hand between staff, suppliers, third parties
and clients at all times

This is an ideal role for a Service Delivery Manager looking to take on a challenging position with this leading IT Services Company.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Location: SE London, Greenwich, London
