IT Service Desk Specialist – ITIL - Bristol – 27k

An IT Service Desk Specialist with strong customer service experience and ITIL Foundation certificate is required by our client north of Bristol. A salary of up to £27k basic plus excellent benefits is offered.

You must have strong customer service experience and ideally 2 years experience working in a ServiceDesk environment. You will ideally have worked on multi-site support and have experience supporting Citrix and Microsoft Windows Server. Knowledge of email and internet access as well as spyware and anti-virus software is highly desirable.

All applicants will be considered and training is provided.

Essential Skills:

-Customer Service experience

-IT Helpdesk support experience

-ITIL Foundation certification

-Windows Server support experience

-Anti-Virus and security software 

-MCP is desirable, but not essential

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Analyst or Helpdesk Analyst to progress their career in an exciting and expanding company. Applicants with CompTIA or MCP certifications are preferred.

Salary to £27,000 basic dependent upon experience.
