IT Support Analyst with experience of Active Directory Windows 2003/2008, Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003, networking issues in TCP/IP, and excellent communication skills required by my Client based in NW London near Hendon in NW London. Salary to £20,000 + Blackberry + Laptop + Company Car.

The successful candidate will join this renowned Automotive Company as an IT Support Technician providing IT Support and Helpdesk Support throughout the company.

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

- Some Windows 2003/2008 Server experience (Active Directory Password changes)
- Resolving software (NBS / EGM / WinWinWorld) and hardware (Dell / Platinum / Lexmark) issues by phone, Email, on-site visits, escalating to third parties where necessary
- Hardware relocation - PC/printer /telephones
- Basic TCP/IP Network trouble shooting
- Provide excellent customer service to Internal and External Customers

This is an ideal role for an IT Graduate or Junior IT Support professional with a small amount of proven commercial experience looking for a role in a more corporate environment with excellent working conditions and benefits.
