IT Support Analyst – Felixstowe / Suffolk - £26k

An IT Support Analyst with strong Windows Operating Systems experience and networking skills is required by our client based locally to Felixstowe, Suffolk. A salary of up to £26,000 basic is available dependent upon experience.

The IT Support Analyst will be the first point of contact for the internal users within the organisation working on a rotating 24/7 shift basis. You will take on the diagnosis and resolutions of network faults, providing technical support and guidance to users as well monitoring servers and applications within a Microsoft operating environment.

The IT Support Analyst must be able to demonstrate experience prioritising workloads and working to deadlines in accordance with service level agreements, and must be customer service orientated. You will have experience working in a large enterprise environment supporting a large number of users.

Essential skills:

- Strong Microsoft IT support experience
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN networking
- Strong customer service and user support skills
- Good experience working to SLAs.
