IT Support Analyst - Windows / Linux - Nottingham - £20k

An IT Support Analyst with strong client facing support skills is required by our Network Services Provider based near Nottinghamshire, Nottinghamshire. A salary of up to £20,000 basic is available dependent upon experience.

The IT Support Analyst will have experience supporting Windows Operating Systems and Linux Systems (RedHat / Debian) as well as experience supporting customers on web hosting applications. You must strong customer service skills and previous IT Support Helpdesk skills.

This is an excellent role for an IT Support Analyst or IT Support Engineer with strong client facing support skills to join a well established IT Service Provider with offices near Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.

There is a 24/7 on-call shift rota required in this role.

Salary from £18,000 to £20,000 dependent upon experience
