IT Support Analyst - Banbury - £25,000

IT Support Analyst who will ideally have an MCDST or MCP and experience of Windows 2003 / 2008 Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, MS Office required by our Client based near Banbury in Oxfordshire. Salary to £25,000 + benefits.

This is an ideal role for a Service Desk Analyst or experienced IT Helpdesk Analyst looking for an exciting role with this large organisation based near Brackley. Candidates should have the following skill set:

Essential Skills:
- Windows 2003/2008 Server experience
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, MS Office
- Customer focused, Good interpersonal skills

Desirable Skills:
- ITIL Methodology exposure
- Sharepoint
- Terminal Services

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day strategic IT services, support, development, implementation and planning for a range of applications covering all aspects of IT service provision.
