IT Support Analyst – Windows 2003 – Staines - £25k

An IT Support Analyst with strong 1^st and 2^nd line user support experience on Windows Operating Systems knowledge is required by our UK Logistics client based near Staines on the Middlesex and Berkshire borders. A salary of up to £25,000 is offered dependent upon experience.

The IT Support Analyst will provide user support and systems maintenance for multiple sites within the UK. You will report to the IT Manager and assist in setting policies and IT budgets as well as taking responsibility for ad-hoc IT projects.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical experience working on Windows Server 2003 with Active Directory and Exchange. Some VMWare experience is desirable. My client is looking for a strong technical applicant with good TCP/IP networking, switches and routers knowledge. Strong backups and anti-virus skills is essential as well as overall security and firewall experience.

- Windows Server 2003 / AD / Exchange

- Backups and anti-virus security

- Some VMWare experience

- Experience setting IT policies and working IT budgets

- Multi-site experience
