IT Assistant to £20k – Chesterfield, Derby

IT Assistant with knowledge of Server and PC Support is required by a company in Chesterfield to join their team. The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary up to £20,000.

The role will involve providing technical support to all users within the organisation, taking ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.

Duties
Maintenance of online & offline training guides
Maintenance of all existing users details and permissions on network
Completing & maintaining query logs
Setting up and installing new PC’s
Setting up scanners and installing and configuring them on a pc
Setting up printers and troubleshooting problems with print servers etc
Installing Windows OS onto new systems
Installing software and drivers onto new systems
Updating Intranet WebPages
Creating Intranet web pages (graphics, tables, layout etc) from
