IT Support Engineer - Windows / Exchange - Cheltenham - £30k 

An IT Support Engineer with strong Windows Server and Exchange support experience is required by our client based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. A salary of up to £30,000 basic is available dependent upon experience.

The IT Support Engineer with take responsibility for client support across a wide range of Windows infrastructure. Applicants should have strong knowledge of installation and support of Windows Server 2003 and 2008 as well as good knowledge of Exchange.

The IT Support Engineer will support server and desktop infrastructure and will be required to travel onsite locally to clients and provide 3rd line support. Experience in a client facing environment is useful, but not essential. Strong technical skills are essential as well as any experience leading teams.

The IT Support Engineer will mentor and support the 1st and 2nd Line support analysts. You will work alongside and support a small team of technical staff and take ownership and responsibility for clients.
