IT Support Engineer - Coventry - £25k 

An experienced IT Support Engineer, ideally with knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, is required by a leading technology business based in Coventry. A salary of up to £25k is offered depending on experience. All applicants must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

--- THE ROLE --- 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support professional who will have the following: 
- Commercial experience of IT support 
- Knowledge of Microsoft Platforms - Windows XP, 7 and Office 2003, 2007, 2010 
- Knowledge of Active Directory 
- Experience of providing remote support 
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems would be an advantageous

- Desktop / Laptop Installs 
- Active Directory user management 
- Software and hardware deployment and support 
- Supporting bespoke software - developed inhouse 
- TCP/IP network troubleshooting
