IT Support Engineer – Lotus Notes – Liverpool - £26k

An IT Support Engineer with experience supporting Lotus Notes and Windows Server operating Systems is required by our client based in Central Liverpool, Merseyside. A salary of £26,000 plus good benefits is available.

The IT Support Engineer will have first-class troubleshooting and consultancy skills for this highly technical role, supporting a range of corporate technologies and technically capable customers both on site and working remotely.

In addition to Lotus Notes and Windows Server the IT Support Engineer will have strong knowledge of Citrix Metaframe and Secure Gateway, Virtual Server, SQL Server and IIS Server technologies. You must have strong backup and virtual private networking skills (VPN) as well as excellent general voice and data networks covering TCP/IP, LAN/WAN technologies, switches, routers and hubs as well as wireless installation and firewall management (Open BSD and ISA).

The IT Support Engineer will preferably also have knowledge of Desktop support and Apple MAC OSX skills.

This is an excellent role for an IT Support Engineer or Lotus Notes Administrator with strong consultancy skills to join an excellent media organisation based near Liverpool, Merseyside.
Driving license is essential.
