Junior ICT Support Technician - Salisbury - £18k

A Junior ICT Support Technician with good experience of Windows Desktop and TCP/IP Networking support for a field based support role near Salisbury, Wiltshire. A salary up to £18k is offered.

Duties

Our client is a leading service provider to the UK Education industry. You will work onsite with schools and colleges in and around the Salisbury area supporting users and providing health checks on Windows Networks. You will install software and hardware and provide basic user training to staff and student as required.

Requirements

You will have good desktop and server support experience of Windows XP and Windows 2003 as well as good MS Office and Outlook. Knowledge of TCP/IP and network topologies is highly desirable. You should have strong customer service skills and confident communication skills as you will be meeting with clients daily.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate IT Support Analyst to develop their career with a well established client facing organisation. UK Driving license is required.

Salary from £15,000 to £18,000 basic plus Mileage and Training
