IT Trainer – Leatherhead, Surrey – to £38k

An IT Trainer is required by an expanding software house based in Leatherhead, Surrey. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £38,000.

--- Duties ---
- Design of modular based training programmes targeted towards direct clients, software licensees and employees.
- Creation and ongoing maintenance of an externally focused Product Knowledge Base, User Manuals, how to guides, Online Help and FAQ’s.
- Delivery of all training programmes in a formal (e.g. classroom or web conference) or informal (e.g. one to one) settling.
- Design of course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises.
- Design and delivery of video training aids.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programmes and learning outcomes.
- Work closely with Project Managers to schedule and deliver end user training to direct clients.
- Explore Licensee training opportunities with Account Management with an aim of running regular chargeable refresher training and new release web seminars.
- Preparing the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment where appropriate.

- Highly skilled end user trainer with experience of training delivery in a classroom environment and using web technologies.
- Experience in Training within the IT/online environment
- Excellent client facing skills with the ability to delivery to various skill sets.
- Excellent documentation skills with a high standard of English is essential.
-  Experience in using web and video training technologies.
- Ability to create high quality training material.
-  Professional Training Qualification would be an advantage.
