Desktop Support Engineer - Abingdon, Oxfordshire - £20k

A Desktop Support Analyst with good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop Support, Hardware Support and Basic networking is required by our client in Oxford. A salary of up to £20,000 basic is offered.

The successful IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing desktop support and some network support to internal users on a range of interesting systems. You must have TCP/IP networking and DNS skills as well as excellent software and hardware support skills. Windows Server 2003 skills are desirable. Customer Service support either remotely in a helpdesk environment or onsite is highly desirable as well as experience troubleshooting PC's and general hardware.

This varied role would suit a Desktop Support Engineer or IT Junior with good Windows Operating Systems experience. You will join a small team in a well established and professional organisation.

Driving license is essential.

Salary to £20,000 dependent upon experience.

Location - Near Abingdon / Didcot, Oxfordshire.
