Junior IT Desktop Support Technician is required by our client based in Leicester. The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of up to £18,000 plus benefits.

The role will involve providing front line helpdesk support to users with varying degrees of IT literacy and will involve the installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, workstations, printers and software.

Experience of the Windows server (NT4/2000/2003) and workstation (2000/XP/NT) family of MS operating systems is necessary. In addition, knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange server.

The role is within commutable distance of Leicester, Nottingham and Loughborough.
