IT Helpdesk Analyst required by our Client based near Hoddesdon / Harlow on the Herts / Essex borders. This is an ideal role for an IT Service Desk Analyst / IT Helpdesk Analyst with a small amount of commercial experience in a Windows 2003 Server, MS Office, environment looking for a new challenge. Salary to £19,000.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all support calls whether they are software or hardware related. The IT Service Desk is responsible for maintenance, administration and support of a stable, enterprise wide technical environment

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

6 months recent IT Service Desk experience

Previous customer facing experience

Familiarity with IT Service Desk processes and SLAs

Working / Supporting knowledge of Windows 2000/2003, MS Office 2000/XP, MS Exchange (desirable)

This is an excellent role for a 1st Line Support Analyst, or a candidate looking to break into a junior IT role. Candidates with previous Helpdesk or Customer Service experience are highly desirable.

Salary: £19,000
