IT Helpdesk Support Analyst Jobs in Richmond, Surrey - £23,000

An IT Helpdesk Support Analyst with good experience of bespoke software support and customer IT support is required by our client based near Richmond, Surrey. A salary of up to £23,000 basic is offered.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have strong customer services support experience preferably from an IT Helpdesk environment and proven troubleshooting skills. You will have strong IT Support experience preferably supporting bespoke software and SQL Server databases. You will be responsible for dealing with customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience of SQL queries and SQL Server database support. Ideally you will have experience in a helpdesk environment.

Our client requires a range of experience and knowledge covering the following areas:

* SQL Server experience with SQL queries
* Strong Customer Services experience
* Bespoke Software support
* Strong helpdesk call logging background

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior IT Support Analyst to join a small team working with for a dynamic and exciting market leader.

Salary to £23,000 basic dependent upon experience
