IT Helpdesk Analyst / 1st Line Helpdesk Support Analyst required by our Client based in Guildford, Surrey. This is an ideal role for a candidate, possibly an IT Graduate with a mixture of customer service skills and some basic 1st Line IT Support knowledge in any of the following: Linux, Windows 2000 / 2003, IIS, TCP / IP.  

The role will also offer opportunities for fault finding and resolution in addition to day to day IT maintenance.

The key to this role is the ability to communicate with the Client in a friendly manner, and fix their issues, calling on the rest of the team where needed. Customer response is very important so you need to be an organised individual able to work in a team with excellent customer service skills. This is a superb opportunity for a Junior IT professional who is seeking a Helpdesk role based near Guildford.

This Role will involve a On-Call rotation

£16,000 + Benefits
