IT Helpdesk Support – to £20k – Haywards Heath, West Sussex

IT Helpdesk Support Assistant is required by a Financial Services company based in Haywards Heath. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £20,000.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all support calls whether they are software or hardware related. The IT Helpdesk  is responsible for maintenance, administration and support of a stable, enterprise wide technical environment

The successful candidate will have the following skills:

- Previous Helpdesk experience
- Familiarity with IT Service Desk processes and SLAs
- Working / Supporting knowledge of Windows 2000/2003, MS Office 2000/XP, MS Exchange (desirable)

Location – Haywards Heath, West Sussex

Salary – to £20,000 + benefits
