Helpdesk Support Jobs in Leicester

An IT Helpdesk Support Assistant is required by our client based in the Leicester area. The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of up to £18,000.
The role will involve providing 1st and 2nd line support to all internal clients. You will receive, log and prioritise incidents and requests and be the first point of contact for the customer.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills / experience:
- Previous helpdesk experience
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Citrix
- Knowledge of Helpdesk software products
The role is within commutable distance of Leicester, Loughborough and Nottingham.
