IT Helpdesk Support Technician is required by our client based in Stroud. The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of up to £22,000.

The role will involve providing telephone and remote support to customers. You will also be responsible for liaising with the company programmers to ensure that all customer queries are understood.

You will have a thorough understanding of all Microsoft Packages and Windows Operating Systems, including MS Office, Windows XP and Server 2000 / 2003. You will also have an understanding of remote access packages such as VPN and Networking. Any knowledge of Crystal Reports or SQL would be advantageous, but not essential.

The role is within commutable distance of Gloucester, Cheltenham and Bristol.
