Senior IT Support Analyst with excellent knowledge of Windows 2000 / 2003 Server, Exchange 2003 Server, SQL Server and ideally PBX Systems required by our Client based in Uxbridge near Slough. Salary to £32,000 + Benefits.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT Technical & IT Desktop support across the head office of my Client based in Uxbridge in West London. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing support for standard desktop and applications problems

- Network & Infrastructure support

- Business Systems (apps) support

- Carrying out Active directory and Server user administration activities across platforms e.g. user ID setups, changing data groups

The ideal candidate is likely to come from a 1st - 3rd line support environment and have a strong level of commercial experience within IT Systems Support.

Salary to £32k + Benefits
