IT Support / 1st / 2nd Line / Bury

IT Support Technician with previous IT experience is required by our client based in Bury. The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of around £22,000.

You will be the first point of contact for all software and hardware fault calls, you will also be involved in installing new hardware and software, ensuring all PC's have up-to-date anti-virus software and adding / removing new users.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in the following areas:

- Windows XP

- Exchange Server

- MS Office

- Hardware / Software installations

- Networking

The role is within commutable distance of Bury, Bolton and Manchester.
