Application Support Analyst - Bristol – 30k + Car

An experienced Application Support Analyst with strong client facing experience is required by our client north of Bristol. A competitive salary of £30k plus car is offered.

You must have previous client facing experience in a product support or IT support position. You will travel UK wide to support clients on multiple software applications both bespoke and industry standard. You should have knowledge of Windows Operating Systems including Terminal Service and or Citrix. Good knowledge of internet principles is also desirable.

Essential skills:
-Client facing support experience
-Application or product support experience
-Strong Microsoft Operating Systems experience
-Strong software application installations experience

This is an excellent opportunity for a Field Support Engineer or Application Support Engineer to progress their career with a growing and rewarding company.
Full clean driving license is essential. ITIL Service Management is desirable. MCSE is preferred, but not essential.
