IT Support / IT Training / IT Trainer / MCSA / MCP

IT Support Analyst is required by our client, a medical supplier based in Manchester. The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of around £25,000.

You will be the 1st point of contact for the IT team, taking calls and e-mails from customers relating to software and hardware issues. You will also be involved in providing training sessions on various deployment of the bespoke software.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in the following areas:

- Active Directory

- Windows XP / Vista

- Windows Server 2000 / 2003

- SQL Server

- Lotus Notes

Any previous experience in application support / training would be an advantage as would a Microsoft / Cisco certification. Candidates must hold a full UK driving licence as travel will be required from time to time.
