IT Support Manager with knowledge of 1st - 3rd line IT technical support in a Windows 2000 / 2003 Server environment required by our Client based in North West London near Harrow. The successful candidate will join this successful Luxury timeshare Hotels & Resorts Company.

The ideal candidate will come from a team leading support role or from a Senior IT Support background and be looking to move into a team leading role.

Key skills required for the position are:

- High level knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems in a 1st - 3rd line level of support.

- High level knowledge of MS Office applications

- High level of IT and networking concepts

- Strong communications skills

- High level of Windows 2003, AD, Exchange and SQL administration skills

You will be managing a team and be required to support, maintain and enhance the IT infrastructure in the UK and several locations abroad. As well as coordination of the IT workload and where/when needed take the responsibility of the ICT UK Team.

* The role will involve some national and international travel, candidates should also hold a clean driving licence*.

Salary to £33,000 + Benefits
