IT Support Technician (2nd line) is required by our client, an IT solutions provider based in Leeds. The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of up to £23,000.

The role will involve providing 2nd line telephone support within a Windows environment, logging calls and contacting customers via remote support.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have strong knowledge of MS Server 2003 and Exchange, Active Directory, MS Office and good networking skills. Any knowledge of Lotus Notes, MAC OS9 OSX or Novell Netware is desirable, but not essential for this role.

The position is within commutable distance of Leeds, Bradford and Wakefield in West Yorkshire.
