IT Support Technician is required by a solutions provider based in Guildford, Surrey. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £21,000.

You will be providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for internal and external users. This role therefore requires a high degree of customer services for all support queries. You will be taking ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Networking fundamentals

- Excellent communication skills

- Able to communicate with technical and non-technical people
