IT Support Technician - Helpdesk - Nottingham - to £22k

IT Support Technician is required by our client, a software house based in Nottingham. The successful candidate can expect to receive a salary of up to £22,000.

The role will involve remote and on-site installation, testing the company's bespoke software and delivering and coordinating first line support via telephone e-mail and remote access.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and hands on experience of the following:

- Windows XP and Vista

- Windows Server 2003

- MS Office 2003 and 2007

You will have experience in software support and will be able to diagnose faults effectively.

The role is within commutable distance of Nottingham, Leicester and Loughborough.
