Junior Web Developer (ASP.Net) – Royston, Hertfordshire to £25k 

Junior Web Developer with strong knowledge of ASP.Net and SQL is required by an expanding company based near Royston on the Hertfordshire / Cambridgeshire border. Candidates can expect a salary of up to £25,000.

Duties 
- Design and program back end for new Web Sites as required by the Company within timescales agreed. 
- Maintain and develop backend of existing websites. 
- Prioritising all development tasks in order of importance (using internal grading measurement) and issue a weekly update of the project plan out to 6 months. 
- Ensure close coordination of work with any external SEO contractors and external Web designer contractors when programming new builds and alterations.
- Ensure Web sites are monitored and maintained at optimum speed and efficiency. 
- Ensure all programming is fully tested and signed off before going live.

Key Skills 
- ASP/VB.Net in Visual Studio Team Foundation Server environment .Net Framework 4.0 
- Experience with:  Web services,  e-Commerce sites,  Payment Portals 
- Microsoft SQL Server & Management Studio - T-SQL ,  Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Relational DB design
