Junior IT Support Analyst / Trainee Support – Oxford - £20k

A Junior IT Support Analyst with good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems is required by our client in Oxford, Oxfordshire. A salary of up to £20,000 basic is offered.

The successful IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing desktop and server support to 300 users company wide. You must have good networking and Server knowledge and excellent Windows XP desktop skills. Experience supporting user remotely and face to face in a customer service environment is highly desirable as well as experience troubleshooting PC's and general hardware.

This varied role would suit a Junior IT Support Engineer with good Windows 2003 or Windows XP knowledge (An MCP or MCDST). You will join a small team in a well established and professional organisation.

Salary from £18,000 to £20,000 dependent upon experience.

Location - Oxford, Oxfordshire.
