Linux / Junior / Administrator / Windows / Surrey

A Junior Linux Systems Administrator with Linux and Windows 2003 knowledge is required by our Client based in Guildford, Surrey. Technically candidates should have a diverse skill set that includes knowledge of most of the following: Windows 2003, Linux, DNS, IIS, TCP/IP and SQL server. A salary of up to £26,000 is offered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day fault finding and problem resolution, Network design, consultancy and tech sales in addition to day to day server and system maintenance.

The key to this role is the ability to communicate in a friendly manner, and an in depth of knowledge of systems administration to fix their issues quickly, and calling upon other sources when needed.

This is an ideal role for a 2nd line IT Support Analyst with a friendly and personable manner alongside a diverse knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
