Junior Technical Support Analyst with an IT degree (ideally computer science), and preferably some knowledge of Windows 2003, SQL Server, Sharepoint and excellent verbal and written communication skills required by our Client based in Uxbridge. Salary to £21,000.

In this entry level role you will be assisting potential and existing enterprise customers to resolve technical issues via online webcasts and conference calls.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science preferred but not essential)- Technical Support experience.

Desirable Skills: Windows 2003, SQL Server, SharePoint, Active Directory, IIS, TCP/IP.
Excellent communications and customer service skills

Ability to work individually and within a highly collaborative team environment

This is an ideal role for a Junior Technical Support / Product Support specialist, or an IT Graduate looking for an entry level role.
