A Network Administrator with strong knowledge of supporting IT in network and infrastructure management by our client based near Brentwood in Essex. A salary of up to £26,000 + Benefits is offered.

- Requirements -
- Strong networking background.
- Proven systems administration experience with Microsoft Server technologies and Windows networking.
- You will ideally have qualifications in one of the following CCNA, MCP, MCITP, MCSE or MCSA.

 Working under the IT Manager to deliver an exceptional service to users, the role is divided into three key components: (1) day-to-day IT support, (2) network and infrastructure management, (3) systems maintenance and new systems implementation.

Your duties will include:
- Day-to-day Support
- Answering user queries/problem solving
- Logging queries on the internal helpdesk and updating call logs
- Management of e-mail accounts, back-ups, server storage and access
- PC, Server & Printer Set-up/Installation
- Network infrastructure
- Application Support
- Bespoke software support
