Network Support Analyst - Telford - £35k 

A network support analyst, with knowledge of servers, network, security and support, is required by a leading company based in Telford. A basic salary of up to £35k plus excellent benefits is offered for the right candidate.

--- The Role --- 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a network support analyst with knowledge of the following: 
- Servers (HP/Dell Windows 2003/2008) 
- SAN, LAN, WiFi, WAN circuits and WAN compression 
- Firewalls and security 
- Active Directory, Exchange, DNS/DHCP/WINS, IIS 
- Software patching (WSUS)

- Management and operational support of IT infrastructure 
- Maintaining operational procedures and documents 
- On-going development of IT services 
- Technical consultancy/support of other business sites 
- Occasional 3rd Line Support
