Network Support Analyst - Windows / Cisco - Walsall - £35k 

An experienced network support analyst is immediately required by a leading engineering company based in Walsall. A salary of up to £35k plus benefits is offered.

--- The Role --- 
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced support analyst who will have the following: 
- Experience of providing 1st and 2nd line support. 
- Experience of supporting Running Cisco IPT, VOIP phone systems and backup administration. 
- Experience of providing support of European offices would be beneficial.

--- Duties --- 
- Supporting up to 100 users across one UK site and other European offices 
- Fixing hardware issues, software installations and new PC setups 
- General MS Office support and password resets 
- Recovering lost / deleted files.
