Network Support Engineer – Cisco - Kensington – £27k

A Network Support Engineer with strong experience of both Windows and Cisco infrastructure is required by our charitable client based in Kensington, Central London. A salary of up to £27,000 basic is available.

The successful IT Support Engineer will take on 1st line and 2nd line support duties for multiple sites across London and must have strong knowledge of Cisco firewalls, switches and routers as well as knowledge of VOIP. Administration of the backup and anti-virus systems is also essential as well as strong documentation skills.

You will be responsible for desktop and laptop support as well as hardware and software installation. Knowledge of Windows Server with Active Directory and Exchange is essential as well as experience of Citrix support.
